Recycling used postage stamps is a great way to raise funds for charities and it's so easy to do! Just save all your used stamps and, once you have an envelope full, send them to our collecting agent.

Please send all donations of used stamps for recycling to:

National Eye Research Centre
PO Box 6107
Stromness
KW16 9AB.

National Eye Research Centre receives £7.50 for every kilo of donated stamps you send All postage stamps are accepted and we receive more if the GB stamps are separated from the World stamps. Collections are also accepted and treated with great respect. If valuable, stamps are sold on an ebay account, giving 90% of proceeds to the charity.

The stamps should be carefully clipped, leaving plenty of room [5 – 10mm] around the stamp. This will increase the value of the stamps to the charity.

Please encourage others to recycle stamps for National Eye Research Centre!

Asking others to recycle stamps is a huge boost for the charity. Please encourage your work colleagues, faith communities, schools, friends, family and neighbours to send in their used stamps too.
