Philip is a retail professional with over 20 years’ experience working with consumer facing organisations.  He is adept at strategy development and operational delivery and has delivered significant transformational change programmes inside international organisations.  His skill set includes, marketing, sales, commercial, programme management and change.  Philip’s current role is working with Specsavers to develop further opportunities for customer growth.  As a relative newcomer to the optical sector Philip has developed a keen interest and passion for improving eye health and is delighted to be a trustee for the National Eye Research Centre.
